Participants are requested to submit the attached registration form duly filled by them along with the prescribed registration fee in the form of a crossed Demand Draft drawn in favour of NCTTC-2016 payable at State Bank of Travancore, Sreekariyam or through online transaction ( Account number : 67364536472, IFSC code : SBTR0000288, Account name : NCTTC-2016 ). The following are the fee structure for various categories of the participants. Registration feeDelegates : Rs 5000/- Student delegates : Rs 2000/- (Certificate from the Head of Department is to be attached) Accompanying Spouse : Rs 2000/- The early bird registration will cease by 30th September, 2016 after which the registration fee will be enhanced by Rs.1000/- for all the categories. Registration fee includes participation in the conference, lunch, refreshments, conference bag, abstract book, conference proceedings, welcome reception and closing ceremony. Few slots will only be available for spot registration. However, conference materials cannot be guaranteed to the spot registration delegates. Registration of at least one of the authors of the contributed paper accepted for the presentation is mandatory for participation and abstract /full paper from the registered candidates only will be printed.
